DATE & TIME:            Saturday, February 5, 2005, 6:30 P.M. for Cocktails & Hors D'oeuvres Meeting and dinner at 7:00 p.m.

             PLACE:      Medina Entertainment Center.  Meeting and dinner in the TEALWOOD ROOM, lower level of the Center, second door down the hall from the restrooms (behind the bar).
